HSI Professional Straightener

I was lucky enough to get an HSI hair straightener and try it out. Of course, I was excited being a mom takes a lot out on you and that means hardly getting time to dress up. That being said it's probably been a year since I last straightened my hair. My old straightener would pull out my hair as I was straightening it which was very painful.

This straightener I got was black which if you know me I love black and neon colors. It's so lightweight that I almost forgot I had something in my hands. It has rounded edges on it so that means it's easier to curl hair and it won't pull it out. When I first turned on the straightener it didn't take as much time to warm up as my old one. This was a feature I loved another feature I love would be the knob to adjust the temperature. This also came with argan oil hair spray to help with flyaways but I didn't need to use it. I did spray it on my arm. The spray wasn't sticky like most sprays and it had a very light scent. If you're in the market for a straightener I would suggest this one. On Amazon you can get their straighteners from $40 up to $80.

     Can I just say that I have been using my knot genie for about 3 years. Yes, it has lasted that long and still works just as great. Just the other day I had so many knots and tangles in my hair from being in the pool. No other brush would work for me so I brought out my knot genie and go to work which, to be honest, wasn't there isn't much work when it comes to the knot genie.

This here is a before and after a couple years back I wish I would've taken a picture of my knots a couple days ago. Those were worst and my hair ended up like the second picture yet again. I love this little brush it's kind of weird to use but it works miracles.I believe the knot genie I received was under 15 dollars. The knot genie is a life saver especially when you have little kids who hate having their hair brushed.

Send out cards

I  am one of those people who would much rather buy a card online and send it out it's just easier for me that way..I've never even heard of this website before..So I ended up checking through all the cards which they have a great selection it took me awhile to find a good one I really liked...The boyfriends birthday was coming up I ordered the card on the 22 and it ended up getting here the 24 so not bad timing if you ask me..

I was lucky enough to try Qoileez and I personally think these little things are neat.When I was in middle school I used to love putting things in my hair so I thought it would be great to save these for my daughter she's only 17 months right now so not old enough yet..But of course these aren't just for your hair you can use them for anything for a cute design on a pen to holding wires together.

At first when I opened my package I thought these were hard plastic but upon further investigastion I found out these are very bendable and not hard at all...I even put one on my pen to see how it felt and I couldn't even really tell it was there ...They have many designs to choose from which I love and you get several in a package.

Woolzies Dryer Balls

I love trying new things for the laundry especially if it's non-scented.Me and my daughter both have very sensitive skin  so I was more than happy to try these.When I first opened the package I was really surprised by how big they were and soft.

We've been extremely busy here lately so I haven't had a chance to try them myself  but I did give them to my mom to try she wasn't too impressed...She said there was no change in the drying time but i'm planning on trying them soon so i'll see how that works out..I like that I don't have greasy clothes because no matter how much dryer sheets even just half of one my load of clothes will come out greasy..I love that these last loads and loads it said 1,000 loads on the box so that's not bad..

10" Ozeri Green Earth Textured Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan

I'm not going to lie this is the best pan i've ever used and no i'm not being paid to say that.I just bought me a T-Fal set and it doesn't even come close to how I feel about the Ozeri. I had to season it at first which i've never done but it does give you some great instructions on how to do it and what to use.So far i've cooked 2 burgers and some ground chicken nothing stuck to the pan and all I have to do it wipe it out after it cools down.So easy to use and clean I love it especially when you're busy and don't have time to scrub pans.

Mary Kay

Thanks to Influenster I was able to try Mary Kay makeup out which I've been wanting to for a while now.The only products I've tried is the velocity skin care which worked pretty good especially if you breakout. 

 I ended up getting Cream eye color in violent storm,lash primer and lash love lengthening mascara,true dimensions lip stick in pink cherie and I also got a brush for the eyeshadow. I thought I wouldn't like the eyeshadow but it really isn't that dark it seems like the perfect color and the brush works perfect with it.I use too faced eye shadow primer under this and it seems to last longer especially with it being so got hot out.The mascara is definately lengthening even without using primer which i'm not a fan of to me it's just a extra step which I don't need so I just use the mascara.The lipstick is a bit bright and out there for me so I try to tone it down.I'm much more of a lip gloss person. I would love to try more Mary Kay products.
